We at the Nexi Group are constantly working to make communications, content, and digital services accessible to all users.

Our commitment to improving our online platforms, in line with the main accessibility guidelines and best practices, is continuous and growing, with the aim of enhancing usability for as many people as possible.

In this regard, Nexi is dedicated to designing and developing accessible by default solutions, compliant with WCAG 2.1 guidelines from the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), while progressively aligning with version 2.2 requirements, as well as with the European Accessibility Act (EAA).

At the same time, a rigorous process of analysis, evaluation, and optimization of all the Group's digital properties has been initiated.

Our ultimate goal is to ensure that the entire digital offering complies with the accessibility criteria outlined in Appendix A of the UNI CEI EN 301549 standard, thereby reducing inequalities in access to our products and services.
