Depending on the integration, customer will need to fill out essential information before proceeding to payment options.
02 - Choose Klarna
Customer chooses Klarna among the different payment options, and will be re-directed to Klarna’s environment.
03 - Choose Pay Now in Klarna
The customer chooses to pay quickly and securely by bank transfer or card payment (Visa and Mastercard). Klarna customers are recognized and have their details pre-filled. The customer completes the purchase with one click and approves only with BankID.
04 - When the order is shipped
The customer can always see and manage their purchases in the Klarna app. For example, delete or change the linked bank account. When you ship the order or charge the payment, you will receive the settlement from Nets. Klarna will handle the collecting and dunning process with the customer.
